I'm of an opposite mind with refine events. I think they should have a pure zeny, a lot of zeny, only event that doesn't require elu. People with KP who want zeny can just vend SV 100, as that's basically the reserve currency. They could have gotten the same effect by for a limited time putting HD ores on the raffler but not in the KP shop, but it's too late for that "easy" implementation now.

​I'd be for anything that didn't award those whose large sums of zeny came from cheating. Even a raffle awards cheaters by giving them 'items' for spending their ill-gotten gains. 

 

​One thing that could work is to remove the incentive for stocking up on zeny. One way is to completely undercut the inflators by selling items for closer to what their true value should be. Personally, I only want enough zeny to buy the items I want. I'd be willing to sell Elu and Ori for far less just to shove it to the greedy ones.... Muhahahahaha.

1. Uh you mean you are suggesting to LIMIT THE SUPPLY, and still hope for the price to drop? You’d be happy if prices don’t sky rocket. I guess it doesn’t affect the normal item prices DIRECTLY (even though single item inflation leads to overall inflation), but it would make all the alche blues very expensive now wouldn’t it, since it becomes the #1 way to get SP.

2. Sure put the Strawberry NPC back in, I think it’s a decent Zeny sink, but you would have to make it expensive enough AND remove WoE pots for normal maps, but as I said, that would just jack up prices for substitute. So I’m 50/50 on this one.

4. You mean you are going to jack up the prices of KP and call it deflation? The logic is completely absent in this one. Have you or have you not seen the KP price spike? Once again, if you create a new currency which is 1:100 with your original currency, you did not bring down inflation rate by 10000% it’s just a dumb way to think. It doesn’t just do nothing, it worsens the situation, because there are no longer standard for the “standard new currency” (aka KP in this case). To put it simply, I can say 53000KP for GR and without the equivalent Zeny to match, you’d have no idea if GR is actually worth 53000KP, which MEANS I can say 70000KP and it would mean the exact same thing to you, and as a seller I would definitely tell you the higher one, now the economy is even more -_- up, congratulations.

I do have a suggestion to fix the inflation problem - turn off Ragial. You will see results within 5 hours, guaranteed.
