Bonus question: does the Lvl 5 Double Attack from snake hat stack with the lvl 10 Double Attack rogue skill?

Snake Head Hat allows the use of Double Attack Lv 5 or higher if learned i.e. Lv 10 in your case with every weapon.

Only use it if you want to use a 1-Handed Sword or similar.

Apple of Archer would be an ok headgear to save up for, for the 3 dex and hit. But the market is currently screwed and they list them as high as 1.5m - 2m, even though they're worth way less.

So are you telling me that snake hat is good for a dagger rogue since it increases the chance of double attacking?

No, it either allows Lv 5 if you haven't learned Double Attack or max. Lv 10 if you learned that, it doesn't add up.

Lv 15 Double Attack is not a thing, as cool as that would be.

Dagger = Snake Head Hat -> Useless

1-Handed Sword / Bow / etc. -> Snake Head Hat -> Yaay!

Well you can also get a Pecopeco Hairband for the movement speed, it will decrease your ASPD by 10%, but that one is even more expensive.

Thief Figure if you use cash shop for accessories.

Matyr's Leash if AGI build. About affordable.

Gloves otherwise. Sorta Expensive.
