Codes will finish being mailed out tomorrow. Billing team didn't provide them until extremely late in the day and were sending emails by hand.

Important:
Users who are still having issues redeeming the prize coupons on their winning accounts to send a ticket to the Payment department, they will assist accordingly.
Do keep in mind that the staff may not be able to assist with cases of codes that have been given away. In future if the code is not working for some odd reason, please hold onto and contact the staff.

Update from the staff:
[1/22/2018 Edit] If you won a Pen Prize please check your registered email for instructions. It should be coming from a @warpportal.com or @playragnarok.com email address. It contains instructions on claiming your prize and alternative options if you don't want the pen.
