I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend celebration! As we roll into December Christmas and new game updates are upon us.
 
This week Raffler will be visiting all servers with a selection of items with which to delight.

RO1

• Week 1
  • Santa Poring Costume Event Spend 1000 points from Dec 1-15 and get a costume that gives bonuses during December  (Rewards will also be available rarely through this year's Christmas Event.) 
• Week 2
  • First Shadow Item Quest Event (Thor/Chaos)
    • A handful of shadow items will be made available this month as a questing reward. They will also be available through the cash shop during the same period.
• Week 3
  • Christmas Event Written by Kritical Assassin starts (All servers)
• Week 4
  • Event WoEs Starts. WoEs won't count until after the new year. (All Servers)

RESTART

• Week 1

  • Rideword Hat Event Starts
    • Rideword hat will be made available this month as a questing reward. It will use MVP Items as the quest requirement They will also be available through the cash shop during the same period.

• Week 4
  • Event WoEs Starts. WoEs won't count until after the new year.

When you PM him there is a required form that must be filled out to access his help. It is as follows

Please understand he can only help you if a ticket is being mishandled in some way. He will not help with jumping the queue except in extreme circumstances (Game isn't saving, reporting a huge in game exploit, Satan Morroc is challenging you to a fiddle duel. etc)

On another note, are there any news or changes about the upcoming updates, Camp?

what about Classic? Asking for a friend. 

I wish popular shadow gears like physical, magical, malicious and spellflow shadows sets will be included in the list of available shadow quest to public through the quest.

It would be nice if unfrozen shadow sets also included in the list or at least lift its account bound limitation this time camp

It's the only Shadow Gear that would make sense to both be a quest and in the kafra shop. Assuming they haven't changed their mind about implementing the penetration set.

So, how many days should we wait before GM responds back to a ticket? 1 Week? 2 weeks? 

When should people start PMing GM Liaison about tickets that are mishandled? 

My ticket is 2 weeks old, it was a simple request that were also granted to other players. I don't know why the rejection, where it is mostly the same case with other players. It is the same because I personally know someone did the same request and was granted. So why was mine taking 2 weeks and was rejected? Now I am still waiting for a response from my response from last week the 22nd.

Don't bump your ticket. You will mostly get to the bottom if you do.
