Pure WoE build priest

Need help on creating one.,would someone be so kind to lend their knowledge on how to build a pure WoE priest?

Like from stats to skill build and equips.,leveling wont be a problem so lets set aside that.,

Stats:
VIT: Get 100 with bonus+equips (stun immunity)
INT: 80~90 (MATK, SP Regen, cast reduction)
DEX: 20~40 (Cast reduction)
LUK: 20~30 (MATK, status reduction)

Skill:

Pneuma
Acqua Benedicta
Decrease agi Lv.1
AB Lv.10
Safety Wall Lv.10
Kyrie Lv.10
Magnificat Lv.3
Lex aeterna
Status recovery

No need (but if you want, go for it)
Sufrag (not that useful with bard)
Gloria (good for pot making)
Aspersio Lv.5 (Lv.4 is enough)

Obs.:
1: Go Magic wall Lv.10 (very very fast casting) is not worth on Lv.7 or lower cause of longer casting time.
2: decrease agi Lv.1 is enough
3: Go for lex Aeterna
4: Magnificat Lv3 is enough

Equips:
Poopoo Hat
Raydric card manteau or amistr with hide
Marc card silk robe
Matyr/sohee/verit boots or superior if you have the zeny
+10 4xFabre Rod (healing staff is not enough healing boost)
Thara frog guard
2x Spore card necklace if have the money or 2x unslotted necklace or 1 hiding clip

are you sure about 80-90 int?someone told me to leave it in 40 and go for dex..well hes talking about a speed caster priest inside woe..

Both Dex and Int reduce cast time and as this is renewal mechanics, it really doesn't matter if you have 80 Int and 40 Dex or the other way around, the cast time difference will barely be noticable.

 

You can save up to 8 points in VIT with with a 4x Fabre Card Rod and 2x Spore Card Accessories, so you will only have to get 87 VIT and +13 will be from the job bonus and gear. As Priests cannot wear Combat Knife the Fabre Rod is a good stat point saver.

If you have 2x Necklace [1] (min. Base Lv 90), you can reduce VIT by another 2 points to 85 VIT.

 

My Priests stat build is as follows:

 

85 VIT

83 INT

36 DEX

53 LUK

 

Though if I could, I would take all the points from Dex to put them into INT (91) as well, but I already invested them so whatever

You dont really need INT for woe. You shouldnt be healing ppl, and dex is more effective to reduce cast times.

silence immunity 

any status ailment that can be promptly removed by a consumable isnt harmfull enough to seek immunity for.

Besides, silence is pretty meh

My plan build will go:

Vit 90-95
Dex 90
Int 40

This is just a plan since i havent made up my mind on what equips to wear.,
As for the silence,maybe i could just put marduk on my head gear?

100 INT get silence immunity

DEX get nothing going on, the only skill that will cast faster is magnificat and sanctuary, (priest skils have very very fast cast times)

If you want a 2,1ish seconds cast magnificat and silence immunity go for 100 INT 40 DEX

If you want 1,6ish seconds cast MAG go for 8x DEX, 4x INT and get silenced

Just go for a ragnarok calculator and see that the diference is null, so INT is my choice on this one

(In woe you are going to buff only in preset or precast situations and you gona have time to do it or magic strings on (poem of bragi).

you going to cast Magic Wall,status recovery, decrease AGI, lex etc. In figth situations and this skils dont have cast time more than 1s so DEX doesnt make difference in this cases)

Made my point, i prefer INT on this one, every 2 INT=1 DEX in cast times reduction so:
40INT+80DEX= 100 points of reduction

90INT+40DEX=85POINTS of reduction

Only if it gives you special bonuses really, i.e. +9 for Firelock Soldier Card.
