Red & Blue Jellybeans

According to the tooltip red and blue jellybeans are suppose to heal 50% HP, instead it seems like they heal about 60% or so.

In addition jellybeans and stews cant be consumed inside dungeons, could this possibly be addressed along with the tooltip in a effort to reduce the amount of these things?

If you having certain healing received modifiers, it would explain why they're healing for more. 

That makes sense... darnit you phoenix wings!

Could be atleast fixed so we can use them in dungeon, you know just incase your out of redpots
