Unable to load metafile

I am trying to install the game in a Window 7 desktop. But error popped up with "unable to load metafile". please help.

it happened right after i click to start download button.

Right so this is the download manager then. 

Well you can try a few things.

Try running the DLM in Administrator mode. 

Trying Running in Compatibility mode [try a few versions].

Make sure your Anti-virus isn't blocking it, if it is, white list the DLM.
