90ish? everything lower it might get some lucky rolls and get a final spike.

the stat difference is so minimal and pointless that is not worth remaking the homun. By the final lvls all the same base homun will have roughly the same stats, with very little variance, variance wich does not impact in gameplay.

Does anybody know how Mental Charge (lif evolved skill) is working? When I used to play RO before, this skill used to greatly increase lif's damage (increasing her int and swaping atk-matk), but I heard after renewal this skill is kinda broken. So I'm wondering how it is working now.
