Winter Share-A-Thon

Oh Well, probably that is there decision.. they only distributed it on accounts with lvl200+ levels i guess..

I think this might be slowly rolling out. So far the only accounts that have the items for me are the ones with max level toons on them. The accounts themselves are the same age as my other accounts (i made them all when I first came here a few years ago) but none of the other accounts with low level toons have any of the 3 rewards yet.

I guess we will find out as the day goes on and hopefully something will be posted too regarding the server boosts.

I just checked my accounts with a 78 Hawker and 82 champ that I use for low level questing etc, and they have the rewards.

All rewards that were earned by early yesterday afternoon (PST) have been distributed/activated to players! We thank you for your patience while those were distributed!

Unfortunately we did have to enact a minimum level to receive the event awards. At this time the minimum level has been set to level 35 and the event details will be shortly updated in the original post. 

~Update~

I wanted to mention that due to a holiday next week on Monday next round of rewards will begin being distributed on Tuesday Jan 16th. I will also look into the Skill & Stat Retraining as a few reports have been seen saying that they have yet to be activated.

Is it that hard to say till what tier was it unlocked? not like people is going to know how many entries there were yesterday.

I got a level 35 character on my vendor and still don`t have the Event Prizes.. weird?   

     So, the stat and skill reset was intended to be implemented around this time but you guys weren't able to do so? I hope you don't misunderstand, I'm not pressuring you guys to implement it right away or blame you for failing to do so; I'm a very, very, very patient person, ^_^. I just want to be informed of such situations ( I'm really looking forward to the skill and stat resets cuz i have lots of characters i want to reconfigure and repurpose, ^_^ ).

     For the requirement of the rewards, i think it shouldn't be based on the character's level. In my opinion, it should be based on how frequently the account is online or the average time the account is online per week... maybe at least 1 to 1.5 hours a day. I admit that i unintentionally benefited from the share-a-thon even'ts flaw before, cuz i have accounts solely for vending, but now that you guys somehow implemented a 'minimum requirement' for the rewards, i strongly agree with the current decision on the restrictions.

I am OK with a minimum level to recieve the awards.

Just wanted to update and confirm that the Skill & Stat reset skills will be distributed during our next maintenance now that they have been unlocked, and all other tiers up to and including 2000 entries have been activated or distributed.

As for the recently introduced minimum level, this has become necessary due to the excessive number of dummy accounts being created or logged in during the event to boost individual player's item rewards which is not what we intended behind this type of event, and we do not consider this to be acceptable behavior when abused to the degree that we were seeing.  We realize that many players have numerous alternative accounts that they use normally for gameplay, so for future events we will review what is considered a reasonable threshold when multiple accounts are tied to an individual player before we have to begin capping item rewards.

Unlocking these rewards are a community-wide effort and we want everyone to feel that they are being fairly rewarded and not feel that other players are getting an upper hand.

The entries have to be verified before tiers are unlocked. Today (Monday) is a holiday so the verification won't happen until tomorrow. Once the invalid entries are disqualified and the final total is known, AndraSyte or Genesis will update this topic with the information.

Thank you for your patience while we pulled the entries for today! You all are doing excellent in the event so keep it up! As of this afternoon we had hit 2813 valid entries! Keep an eye out for more bonus entries which should be up no later than tomorrow! Rewards should begin to be distributed/activated today!

~Update~

As of 7:15 PM PST all new bonus rates along with most items should be activated! Other items and  earned rewards (such as premium) should be distributed/activated by tomorrow after maintenance. We thank you for your patience Roserians!

Greetings everyone!

Wanted to provide an additional update regarding the free premium reward tier! Any users that had premium on their accounts before the reward tier was activated had additional premium time credited to their account. This is to ensure that users who had previously chose to add premium to an account are also able to fully enjoy the free premium reward tier for the event as well! Additionally the free premium reward tier was activated last night for the server!
