[Resolved] Pet Capsules

This might not be a bug, but I think it should be changed. 

We have quests for some pet capsules on Junon, Luna and Orlo planets. The pet capsules from Junon and Orlo can be used anywhere but these pet capsules from Luna can only be used on Luna planet.  They should be usable on all of the planets like the rest of them,

Here are the 4 pets:

Dreadnaught

Lunaris Bear

Mammoth

Wolf

Also on a side note- we need a pet capsule quest on Eldeon since we have pets on the other 3 planets.     Thanks!

Please put that pet to be used in all planets!

I asked Leonis about this and he told me no. He didn't say why other than it was because they were 'legacy' and because I didn't have a 'good enough reason'. Hopefully this will be changed now.

It's not a bug, but I'm not opposed to opening up their use in other planets provided that you meet the minimum level requirement for entering Luna.  I believe they were originally just set this way for thematic reasons.

It'd be nice then, I'm not opposed to them being level 70+ as well. Please do this
