Cant connect server patch & When Ro2 client to patch running is slowly

hello guys of how to fix this problem i see at the long posting is same but know     ? i use windows 10

i try 3 send ticket to warpportal support but i dont have respond , i try all the solution but can't work , have any idea ? please help me, 1 day i cant played this game   its make my heart to hurt
