OCP XIV

Imperial Glove is definitely (non-existent) cooldown reduction. There has never been an item that reduced cast delay delay of a specific skill and it is extremely unlikely that kRO created such a function just for an OCP item.

If anything, OCP XIV does teach a lesson to whoever want to make future item requests - Dont get your hopes up because:

 

1. Your item may come nerfed or heavily nerfed

2. Your item may come broken and not working as intended

 

I am perfectly fine with the nerfs from this package, although this may have very negative implication that ppls will likely to care and spend less about OCPs, if they know their demanded items will come nerfed. The broken and bugged items from packages is unacceptable, if kRO cares about their business they need to treat at least paying customers a lot better than that. Feels like WP is thrown under the bus with the way they are handled by kRO.

This lesson should've been taught in previous OCP items...

Overbrand on jRO has quite a big cooldown, not delay, i've posted on a mainteance thread a while ago. The combo wont change the skill spam here at all.

I had the same thought in the community headgear update thread.

@nirvanna21, many of the alternative-headgear suggestions banked on this "aftercast delay only when using a specific skill" effect. I wonder still if that will be possible. 

@Diskence, same with the 'variable cast time of acid bomb' from sapphire wrist.

If it cannot be skill specific, we can still go with option B which is to give global cast delay and increase cooldown of abusable skills. Always a way :U

Excelion Shield is good too, but it is NERFED, so trash for me now. 40 boxes, no shoes, and even the shoes got NERFED, what the hell is the meaning for me to open all these <BOOPING> trash

i can totally accept the outcome of no shoes, it's RNG, it's normal, and i got enough zeny to gamble that 40 boxes. the point is the useful items got nerfed or dont get the set bonus, which triggered me

I opened 60 boxes, no enforcer shoes to the first 55 boxes but got 2 from the last 5 boxes. Just keep opening boxe and you will get your beloved shoes eventually.

Honestly tell me which stand alone item in this box is good besides Enforcer Shoe? This OCP can be renamed as broken OCP.

Well I've only opened like eight boxes and got mostly job manuals.

But the 10% more drop rate shoes will be put to use in farming gtb. If they actually work.

can tell you right now that, it doesn't. 

It works, but it's 10%. It's not a significant boost.

there was another post, regarding drop rate modifier

afaik from reading that post. 

cards drop rate are unaffected by any modifier below 100%
