I've checked again, after I log out cast bar is now gone. Only shows a little same case with sura with 2 Keraunos[1], maybe due to bug of exceeding 100% variable cast reduction.

Im sure I have missed the guide but i have read alot of posts..

1. Where/How do I get the Old Bone Circlet?

2. Job Skill Tree for MA? (with enforcer shoes?)

3. I currently built for RC, using a +9 [Phreeoni] Thantos Katar

not bragging but I have the zeny to build this as needed

Not sure what the best of the best gears to have are for MA build.

If someone could aid me here it would be much appreciated

1.check bio5 headgear quest on IROwiki
OBC is nice to have for GX not exactly a must for MA build 
2.similar to RC, may have lesser point on your EDP duration or not having Venom impression
3.whatever you use for RC works for MA as well. is almost the same except, dual wielding gives better damage output.

TBH, on both my GXs.. the 175 and 150 i havent put all my skill points in bc I never knew where to put them lol.  That being said, ima keep my 175 GX RC build but I would like to try this MA build if someone could show me the skill tree?

I have the +9 enforcer Shoes, +9 enforcer Cape, 2 BSG (i can only use 1 right?) and since ill need hit ill probaly use the +9 Phreeoni Thanatos Katar.. What else is needed or the best per say?

Hmm i think this is not the best but:

+12OBC with ME3 (i would put bungisngis for extra hp but its up to you which card you want to put)

Sunnies with KIEL card

Mob scarf

+9Medical Scrubs (i would put GR here for pvp purposes but its up to you which card you want to put)

your weapon (but as the experts say in this forum, going dual weapon yields the best damage)

+9enforcer cape (i would put wakwak card here but its up to you which card you want to put)

+7enforcer shoes

BSG with GS card

Gprotec with GS card

i am using under a cast vesper core 4 [1] on accessory with memory of lover mid headgear for added hit

and still using a +9 rideword hat upper

nabs

over refined crimson and thanatos for mvp/farmingleech

keraunos

gangster scarf +5atk

+7 enforcer cape/shoes

at lvl 175 i hit monster around 50k-60k and 90k if they are weak to element (with katars)

it would be quite easy to reach 100k+ with daggers i plan to switch somewhat soon if i can find some worthwhile vicious ones or cheap alternatives.

my gears are actually pretty cheap to acquire

for around 1.5b-2b and maybe a mali shadow set you can be doing 90k damage pretty easily

without kiel I can hit 3-4 times per second.

Can someone from staff verify why I still have cast bar with the following set up for meteor assault:

Lvl 2 Weapon Blocking = 14% variable cast reduction

Lvl 5 Weapon Crush = 35% variable cast reduction

Lvl 5 Counter Slash = 35% variable cast reduction

Perversed Demon Mask @ 90 VIT = 5% variable cast reduction

+12Old Bone Circlet ME 3 with Kathryn Keyron Card = 0.3 fixed cast reduction and 12% variable cast reduction

Total = 0.3 fixed cast reduction and 101% variable cast reduction.

^ they mention that there's a bug with regards to that small cast bar when you go beyond 100% VCT

btw what do you do with your MA?


strange enough I went to sakray to test with ME3 and VCT 105% there isn't any casting bar.
the casting bar must have been caused by the script for enforcer shoe

Also the VCT from enforcer shoes is for the skill itself, the rest is global VCT reduction, they do not stack.

Which one takes priority? Is it the highest one, just like FCT reduction? Or the skill-based that is prioritized?
 

This means that you need to get instant VCT only by Enforcer Shoes.

oh sigh haha, as I thought so. But anyway 84% is good enough. I need that extra 3 points for my venom pressure. I am already done with no cast MA before.
