If you plan to solo a lot, take some heals (first aid 3?).
Add to your build the DNA on passive damage's buffs.
Don't max fireballs since it's used only to pull.
Some wouldn't use flame thrower, but you have to use one point as a filler, I use it at lvl1 and it crits kinda hard (around 1.2k-1.4k)
And don't swift fire totem, if you don't pvp.
For the other skills, it's all up to you as the result would be the death of mobs after using all aoes.
for exemple : pulls+flame arrow -> fire totem -> burning hell -> heals -> soul explosion -> flame arrow -> flame thrower -> heals -> loot?

Attack Skills:
Fire Ball Lv 10. >> First Attack Skill.
Flame Arrow Lv 10. >> Second Attack Skill. (AOE Skill)
Soul Explosion Lv 5. >> Third Attack Skill. (AOE skill)
(With these three instant cast skills you can do some serious damage within seconds)
Fire Totem Lv 10. >> First AoE skill.
Burning Hell Lv 4 ~ 10. >> Second AOE Skill.
Buff Skills:
Mana Amulet Lv 1. >> Filler.
Dura Amulet Lv 10. >> HP is your friend.
Master of Fire Lv 7. >> More Damage.
Magic Weapon Mastery Lv 10. >> More Damage.
Healing Skills:
First Aid Lv 1 ~ 10. >> Instant Cast Healing Skill.
Wound Care Lv 1. >> Filler.
This will leave you with some skill points that can be invested in those nice PVP skills: Chaos Totem, Loa's Curse.
About the DNA, I have no idea where to spend them since I havent played with a Forsaker yet since these DNA changes,
I would put 10 DNA points in Dura Amulet, maybe 1 DNA point in Magic Weapon Mastery, like 10 points in Swift Fire Totem and the other DNA points in Master of Fire or 1 point in each attack skill.
Armor:
-FOC Armor. Nella and Dyskar. If you have the lants then make your armor +10 to +15.
Add Short Range Defense Xeons in it or CON xeons. Also put a HP Enchant, CON/INT Enchant, Critical % Enchant and a Short Range Defense Enchant in the armor.
Jewels:
Any kind of Reinforced Jewels, to get more Magic Attack Power. Eximius Earrings, Necklace and Bracelets are great when you reinforce them. Put all jewels full with Ion Mine Skill Crit Xeons.
Second Costume Slot:
Attack Power of the Infinte. Add SVS Fire Xeons or Ion Fire Xeons in it.
or add a SVS Costume which adds more Defense and HP.
Weapon:
Wand, put a Eximius Skill Crit % in it that lasts 20 seconds.
Magic Shield, Short Range Defense or CON xeons.
The only thing a forsaker lacks is Short (and Long Range) Defense.
Now wait for Xray to post a build with better advise on DNA.

so yea my 79 build would be:
fireball 10
flame arrow 10
burning hell 4
flamethrower 1
soul explosion 5 - for max range
wound care 1
first aid 1 - on lower lvls you'll want to max it, in endgame if ya want more in it cut pts from blazing wind
mana amulet 1
dura amulet 10 + 7 DNA - 7 dna coz well it's kinda nuff on 79 ._.
fire totem 10 + 10 dna
chaos totem 7
blazing wind 10 - effects 4 targets and reduces their resist on lvl 10 for 12% pewpew + will increase ur dp sin a js pt since you won't get into it THAT easily as a mystic would
master of fire 7 + 7 dna
loa's curse 7 - 3.5 m/s slow is imo nuff if u want more take pts out of blazing wind
magic mastery 10 + 1 dna
armor - as fudd said nella and diskar with defense xeons imo
jewlery reinf magic dmg ornies +ed nicely - my favs are still +15 hope's with ion mine skill crits
tbf stuff wand and shield and resist power of the infinite for pvp + attack power for pve. also stick both on the skill bar and switch em out in pvp if it's needed.

Its sucks being a forsaker now but your only good with healer and a tank so please dont make any build with heals its just a waste of mp and downtime...since mystics now have sakers heal and buff your best play as a mystic the job change

this is my build atm

let's see how fire master works shall we. Fire mastery is a passive % dmg buff. it doesn't boost ur overall dmg it boosts ur skill dmg by a certain %. so the more base dmg ur skill has the more effective the fire mastery will be.
so lets say ur forsaker is lvl 77 and has maxed fire mastery with max dna so lvl 7 of each that is in total 24% extra skill dmg.
now lvl 1 fireball has 13 dmg + 24% = 16.12
lvl 10 fireball has 88 dmg + 24% = 109.12
