Hi guys,

looking around I noticed a lot of Knights (BB) and only a few Crusaders (mostly spear).

 

My guess is that this is because of the crusaders lack in mobbing (Damage was always lower and play style is different anyway).

 

The biggest concern in my opinion is the change made to Endure. Endure originally lastet a specific time, not an amount of hits.

Mobbing with, if I remember correctly 10 free hits is a pain.

 

So I'd ask to change Endure back to the way it once was.

 

I don't see any negative points in the change except for Crusaders to do some more for a party then Sacrifice ;)

Itll make Knights/Saders break pre-cast much easier.

Pre-cast was never a real problem for a medium equipped knight/crusi.

Traps are uneffected by Endure and still the most effective way to stop peco-riders.

 

And latest with rebirth Lord Knights get a huge buff when it comes to mobbing while palas still are... palas.

 

Btw: Tanking (with autoguard) is also very much unseen because of steelbody monks/champs doing the job, so the only real reason for a crusader to be in party is sacrifice and that is more or less limited to Bio3 partys.

Only did that once to make sure monk/champ was able to recast steel body and damn that hurt XD

I use level 1 Endure from Amistr Bag mobbing on my rogue and it works just fine and have mobbed pretty well in Cas02 on my Sader without issue.

 

You just need to learn to coordinate your Endures to utilize the time slot as effective as possible, ie. wait until a blast of attacks, then in between the monster attacks endure to slip away and get ahead of the mob.

 

And the reason you see more Knights is because they are OP for leeching (as well as are "better" in WoE) and can effectively mob and kill on a minuscule amount of Fresh Fish/Potions when geared correctly. Sader is OP in a 1-to-1 Holy Cross battle and will certainly wrek -_- but Knights are, and will likely continue to be, the meta.

 

This is RevoClassic with Renewal intentions so I don't foresee anything changing with this, nor the 10 second asura cool down I can't stand...

So when knights are the meta anyway changing Endure wouldn't change anything with the meta but would make crusaders a bit more effective/fun.

 

But well since they don't even do anything effective against the bots/zeny seller/item seller why should they do anything useful to the skills.

 

10s assura cooldown??? wtf -.-
