They did have one a few years back, but it seems they just do it randomly now-a-days.

Rose updates take longer than my Oracle updates.

Won't happen again for a while, they were given out during the Share-A-Thon in the form of skills under the "Item Mall" Skill tab when you press ALT + S.

What's the issue with them?

If you're referring to the 'account locked' change, that was due to duping. Seems to me they're taking the easy way with this one, Rather than patching the duplication methods, all they're doing is making the dupable items account locked, which, in turn, ruins the game for the rest of us. Not really helping the whole "Not P2P" fiasco when the materials to help you advance in the game are slowly being limited to either trust or $.

I agree in a sense that they are taking the easy way with it. I wonder why they haven't patched it yet, maybe they are missing some devs to adress the issue appropiately? haven't played since 2010, so I wouldn't be able to point out solid solutions.

The way zulie got devalued so terribly mystifies me, it only reflects the amount that got duped..
