We were talking about Prismatic Dust, which is a different thing, and you're not getting it that often.

and yes people think is a bad drop , no is not bad rate drop is just not too many people founded a good way to farm it

If you guys looks for Small orbs in Scarab (Golden Ring/Orlo) drop very good.

I tried many spots so on my opinion scarabs the best to Smalls.

ayay boy , that's me , well S grade are easly , more easly then easy lol , 100+ea in 1hour and half for each color , but that's already a common drop for people so i don't farm them anymore , mean while i got lot of dust and L , util i get first +10 gem i wont tell almost anything about it hehe xD :> well in 2 day max it will be crafted so stay tuned xD

You need 10 dust for each gem, this should be the easiest mat, there might be some recurrent drop spot, as Feuer mentioned you may need some gems to actually get the drop + medals of wealth. What would you guys consider the dust, lattice and the other one which its name I can't recall at the moment. Epic? Legendary? very rare?

Actually I have the suspicion that these prismatic materials are in the quest drop tier. I don't see a notable difference in drop rates when using a medal vs not.

I feel the same when i try using medals

I think you're right i'm new player but make sense to me.

If are quest drop like Chewed Bone maybe have a specific place or rank monsters to drop

prismatic lattice(gem10)>fiber(gem9)>dust(gem8).

Given that lattice and fiber can be found in orlo captain & king types, I am certain the dust is the lowest quality of these new materials, it may drop on sikkuku ruins, since almost everything is 200+ in there. 

We've been checking
Sikuku Prison: Captains+: Results Extremely Low
Orlo Field Maps: Captains+ Results Extremely Low
Dungeon Rewards: Results Inconclusive atm
 

Given that it only seems to drop from Captains+, Means it's Epic - Legendary + as only Leaders+ Tier mobs have Epic / Legendary drop tables affixed to them.

However, even running Medals, drop rate increases yields extremely poor results.

Also, given that Dust is the most required materials, we're going to end up exactly in the same place as Runes, where we have too much of 1 material and not enough of another, rendering the former two [Lattice + Fiber] worthless. 

If you get 2x as much Fiber/Lattice as you do Dust, then you're going to end up with more of the two than you can use to craft, due to dust shortage.

My honest opinion:
Dust, should be put into the Very Rare or Rare tier. Preferably Rare as VR Tier cancels out your ability to use the drop quantity +3 boot gem for farming. You need significantly more of it than the other 2* anyway. 

I'd also like to note, that I know Genesis' intentions were to make them long term goals, but with Runes still being more powerful, if you make the grind too long, then it's cost ineffective, and people will just opt to farm Ores for Runes. At the current rate, they're too hard to get, period. 

Reconsider their Drop Tier placement, the level 200+ is perfectly fine, but the drop rate on Dust is definitely too low, (L) Orbs, I've yet to try to farm for.

You were also spending a LOT on Medals, etc. Medal drops are multiplicative in their yield, the more you use, the drops increase more and more. Take away all the medals, and just use Drop gems, and try farming it.

Please share where to farm Dust and L orbs

The drop rates are good, took some figuring out... but I like it.

Almost feels like there was a new drop table created for these materials lol

however, L orbs should probably be increased, they're far too rare to be obtained compared to Prismatic Dust, unless there's something else I need to figure out as well (the best route\area to farm L orbs)

To me Larges are more easy than Dust hahaha.

I never got Dust but Larges no problem.

Would it be rude to ask you not to be selfish and share the dust dropping mobs so we could tackle this shortage which will cause gems to be set in ridiculous prices.

They're not going to share the information, because they want to get as much control over the market as possible Cinder. It's a common tactic any time something new is added, that's valuable, to hunt down the best routes and keep it to yourself, so you make the biggest profits. Give it another 2-3 months, it'll be common knowledge where the best spots are. 

Pretty soon we will find the way i have hope

Using rare medal gathering + sigil wealth + rare gem on backpack, i farming in CoU/SC/SoD/HOO dungeon for 3 hours each dungeon and got a bunch of orb-s.. no orb-L and dust.

i give up now because very tired, and my fingers feel pain...... still have no idea where and how to get orb-L and dust.......

Wish someone kindly give us information....

Good luck on that false idea that people control the market by knowing a couple of farming spots, got my stacks chilling already in storage, guess I'll have to undercut 24/7 till it reaches a decent & fair price for everyone ))
