What's with the sudden price surge of Safe Certificates?

Is there some sort of an upcoming event?

not suddent,  you are too late to smell the change in the air

WPE/KP price up 's ripple effect finally reach lowest fruit of OCP items--->BM BB Gum cert

(throught u can get cert from eat gear, but major source are still OCP and HD box)  -- 

you can still farm ET or upgrade medusa's whip to trade with eat gear as 'self efficient' way

Rising price of KP/WPE Its now around 350m-400m+ per 1k on eden chat , inflation on almost every item, like +9 FAW worth 1b-1.3b+.

Increase cost of cash item (including safe certs) so it went up. Its like when the price of sugar increases, a lot of food items that consume sugar increases as well.

I honestly hope they re-release FAWs with a decent drop rate. Because Jesus Christ those prices way to much =_=

This happen in RE:Start the price increase from 250M to 450M~500M but at that point players stop buying kp stuff and WPE so the price decrease a little now the price is 300~350M.

Cert shouldn't have a price increase. It's fake. Don't buy them. Just make your own.

Is not fake at all, the price of Weapon cert is because the Oridecon price increase as well, and since players want to upgrade rods, staffs for the new OCP stuff and of course the slotted Gelerdria (i not sure if is the correct name of the RK weapon) so at least Weapon certs will increase for sure.

So there is an economy. And there are prices I assume you will and won't buy for dependent on how much you think certs are worth. Unless you plan to buy them all, which means you have unlimited demand for certs. Or you buy the cheapest ones available, meaning that you will have to wait more because less certs are available at that price. If you buy for "average price" you are simply buying at the level most people are willing to do so.

Just because you chose to operate on either end of a normal distribution doesn't disprove the rule.

If thats the cause, gum should still be at 2m , bmx at 6m etc.

Haha, I see what you are saying. BMXs are so necessary to level with later on...  20 mill? Pfft.

some people still vend there own items  with 50/50 no plans on selling them at all.(temporary or abandoned account) that's why they set the price by 300%.

when the real seller run out of stock, what left behind is the ppl what i'm mention. (mistaken as major price).

VIP service should take advantage of this (bcoz newbie noobs & hard core who buy few KP in there life time are taking advantage of this...they quickly catching up accounts who supports the game simply as that), aside from that old vip benefit "double Kafra storage"

they should add Non VIP cant vend more than -99m, where vip have -999m vend limit and (for vip active) cashop coupon(KP??) can vend -99B+.

there's no negative effect on this, because the free loader will end using the trading method via forum. 

if they get tired on this hassle method, they have no choice but to sacrifice the thing inside their wallet for them to afk vending in a amount of 999m gap limit.  it is same as the concept of VIP Exp/warp bonus where non VIP will double its works and effort to play. 

imagine they gonna purchase another VIP for that extra client just to sell the real 999m worth of item.

And i try sell my wpe cheaper than the rest, if even i wouldnt buy it for its price, how can i expect people to buy from me? We all love a good deal and if i can charge less and end up eith a high rep, i think its a pretty good gain in the longrun, at least my customers will only increase, not decrease or be "one time buyers".
