Even tho i would farm alot of them to use them myself to make every skill lv. 10 i dont think this would be a good idea. Having RIS & IS and soulcraft randomizer is good enough, besides the fact that it would ruin the market prices i think lv 10 should be something that you do when you are done with the equip or are end equipped, not something that you farm "by the way" everyday.
