Disband leaders discord, make discussion that affects whole server publicly viewable

As the topic states, the leaders discord should be disbanded and all discussion that affects the server should be viewable by all. It is unfair and very sketchy that a small group of people can influence the entire server and the rest of us can not even see the changes about to take place until an announcement is made. This allows "leaders" to take advantage of information about upcoming changes to the game and use it to gain an unfair advantage over others in an unprecedented level of corruption. If it has an affect on all of us, we should know about it beforehand. This cloak and dagger closed room garbage is for politicians, not armchair warriors with only self interest in mind.

Let me apologize first but I am getting this locked but not removed for the day.

On the concerns, this is honestly outside WP control and I am unsure if there will be an official response on the matter. If so it will likely be posted here.
