I think it's a bit OP yes, buuut the MvP cards are to be OP. For me it does not make sense to have an armor that is much better than the MvP card and sell it for cash. Some card deserved this up to get back to, RSX and garm for example ... I think it would be nice to bring them back to the game ...

Asking because i see the name ID and name something like "311074 Heros_TriumphantSong", does it mean Hero enchant listed in RON? However, i don't see Liberation of Truth(?)

No. It is same enchant as Memento Mori's combo bonus. (which removed in IRO)
