Premium end? Bank holds your items hostage now

Items stored in premium slots will be stuck when premium expires.

So it used to be that if you used the shared bank slots or the extra slots to store items and your premium ended you could still REMOVE the items from the bank, only you could not put anything back IN to those slots, unless you got more premium. Now it will not let you remove any item if your premium has ended. Only the one starter bank slot acts normal, the rest HOLD YOUR ITEMS HOSTAGE.

This is -_- stupid and an obvious cash grab. I have had a lot of patience with this game and really enjoyed the free premium you gave out recently. If I had known that:

So a friend gave me a 3 day premium item, so I can get my -_- out. Everyone else I advise you to do the same.

So all people have a visual appearance of "no premium" but some people can use bank slots (show as open) and some people cant (show as closed)

Previously, even a closed bank you could remove items but you couldnt add items, now it appears you can not remove any item, when you try, you get error "Term of common account is expired so you can not store the item" ( yes im trying to remove when i get this notice, not store).

Many people have said there premium service has ended early, including myself, i only used a 7 day premium around 4 days ago.

This appears to be an error, i wouldnt think helium would do this, it is a bit extreme, and the fact we have possible visual bug and people losing premium early points towards that also.

Funny, everybody seems to have lost their premium services right after last maintenance.

I've bought every single premium time item I came across for the last month and yet, now I'm a freebie too. And then I'm forced to renew premium, thanks to the fact that I can't remove valuable stuff from the bank. Awesome!

The issue with Premium is being looked into. 

Even if your account is no longer on Premium, you should still be able to take items from the Bank Storage, you just can't put in more stuff unless the account is on Premium again. As far as I know this was not changed. A report on this has also been sent to the Requiem Team.

But we can't. Only the free bank slot works like it should. Any premium slots with items inside will not allow you to remove the item, as shown below

My premium was active again (as it should be). I did not use additional prem item. But when i try to remove items from my open banks, i still can not remove any items.

If forge was on right now, there would be much more complaints about this. As i know most people have this problem and are hoping it will be fixed by next maint.

First they should fix it and yes give some kind of compensation. The game is already more dead this week, this can be partly due to this issue.

I know people who used prem after this problem and when you relog prem is gone again.

On my char that should have prem, sometimes i log and have prem, sometimes log and no prem, but with prem or not i still cant remove items from bank.

I've received reports that withdrawing items from Premium Bank Safe/Storage works now even if your account is no longer on Premium. 

Premium issues should also be fixed post-maintenance.
