Clarification about GDPR

All WarpPortal game access and account access will be blocked by regional IP.

What does it actually mean?

- Accounts registered with EU IPs; and/or

- Accounts ever logged in with EU IPs; and/or

- Simply denying further connections from EU countries but accounts are left intact.

 

All in all, could you provide a quick way to check if our accounts will be affected or not?

What does it actually mean?

- Simply denying further connections from EU countries but accounts are left intact. accounts disable, but we are still wishful that its only going to be IP locked and accounts are left 

 

All in all, could you provide a quick way to check if our accounts will be affected or not? none, they cannot disclose which account are affected or not. I ticketed in and asked about that

Lets hope we receive a different answer.

Can check the powerup page, if you cannot access it then your account will be banned

This is not true, that block is by IP only. I know because I vpned around it to check how much wpe I had left.

Hmm. I don't know why they can't make this. :(

Being able to determine affected accounts is obviously beneficial to players. Better than leaving their customers clueless.

On Discord someone with a US IP sees the message about not being permitted now because their account was originally registered in Europe. Maybe they fixed it (like they had to fix the wording of said message), or it could just be really glitchy.

Is it a "PAYMENT ERROR!" pop-up you're referring to?

No just text on a page. If I go to the website homepage, click Power Up and log in then this page shows for me. But I don't know if it's been adjusted to be tied to accounts vs IP.
