Power Up page won't work :(

I click on "Power Up" on my account but there is no link or anything related to buying WP!!

I can see info such as the amount of points I have (which is 0) and transaction history and a "Convert WP Energy" hyperlink but nothing happens when I click on it!

What's going on?

If you registered your account through Steam then please use Steam client to purchase KP and game time.

I created this account a long time ago but only now I'm really playing, so I don't remember if I used Steam, but maybe I did!

Anyway, the tutorial didn't work for me. When I click on "Buy VIP & Points" I end up on the same Power Up page

Make sure that you are launching the game from Steam client then try again please.

I'm not lanuching from Steam. Now I tried to do it but I couldn't find the game on the list anymore, only Ragnarok Online 2, Ragnarok Online Clicker and Ragnarok Journey are available.

 

I tried as a non-steam game but it didn't work as well :/

 

I don't know if it's anything related to region, but I'm playing from Brazil if it matters.

 

Is there any way of changing my account settings? I've just rebirth my 1st character, so I wouldn't like to consider creating a new one :(

 

Also there's a message on the topic saying I can create 1 more post (this one) so won't I be able to answer until tomorrow?

WP and Steam are 2 different systems, therefore transferring accounts between them is not possible.

 

Note that, Brazil is region locked from creating iRO accounts. With the cases of having older accounts from before, users should be able to log on them without issues. I'd strongly suggest contacting the payment support department on your case, see if they can offer anything to resolve the issue.
