Trifi Premium dungeon bugged

For what ever reason, the level 50-60 premium dungeon in South Hammerine wood's Trifi is bugged out. Almost every golem inside that has a chance to spawn from a crystal is too low of level. At level 67 killing a lvl 45 golem gives me nothing at all.
