This is seriously frustrating. I have tried 12 pairs of Cardfinium and Card Lucky Powder and yet, my card is still +9.

I don't know if it is rigged or what but the KP sellers in-game so there's little to no chance of people getting that +10 card they're aiming for.

Don't make it hard on new players as well as increase the inflation of the rate.

Update: After 20 tries (and I am not even f*ckin' kidding), I already upgrade my +9 to +10. This has been the best experience I've had in this game.
