Didn't Received a e-mail confirmation for my ticket

Hello there, posted a ticket in support last night, the warpportal site showed me my ticket number, but the confirmation e-mail didn't reached my e-mail, i really need to know is the ticket has puted or nope.

 

edit: checked spam and all other things

I am also curious as to this- I had made a WP support account a few days ago but was unable to submit a ticket and never got a confirmation email for creating the support account.  I tried to "resend verification email" in support account preferences page, but that does not seemed to have done anything right.

 

Also, I was able to get a ticket submitted today with a ticket number, but no confirmation email of the ticket is present right now either.

When you tryed to resend verification email, you got in the same page right? =/

Yes- trying to resend verification email only brought up my account preferences page again without any further info (and no verification email in my inbox).
