Can I get money back for my spartacus'? Changing an effect we mentioned when it came out then leaving it that way for a year and now changing it...

Can we look at a WoE TE time slot change? Maybe a community poll to see what time would work best now that we sadly lost EU.

WoE 1&2 are too far gone, but I think WoE TE has some potential to be saved. I miss it, and a time slot change would bring me back.

Very unhappy, just made a +10 double rampage spartacus this week. You can't just say "effect is as intended" multiple times and then just flip flop without notice.

I thought the Spartacus effect was intended. Cinnamod answered it himself/herself

Post has been updated regarding the Spartacus. The change was initially planned as we received a list of updated effects for many of the OCP items. As you can tell from the list here most are buffs. But in this case it would have been a nerf that was not what people paid for. As people paid for this item it will keep it's paid for effect.

Cool beans. Btw, is there any chance that the uniform cooldown for instances/repeatable quests would come back?
