Going by the item description alone, it says ghost and the chance of endow is increased per refine level of the headgear. However, if the chance only procs ONCE then the script may need checking.

Yeah, i tested it, it was like 100% proc, but had to re-equip if i wanted it to work again

TBH having it be 100% proc chance that you just have to gear swap out is really good, since you're gonna swap it out anyway for a damage granting headgear. This way will save you a ton of time too.

Yeh mang, I wouldn't mind it being like that, but I just don't think it's "supposed" to work like that. Since refine increase proc rate, and I was testing at +10 maybe it was 10% per refine, idk.

AFAIK, the proc should not "proc" once and that's it. An item had behaved this way before and Campitor fixed it to proc by chance and properly.

Seal and Card 120 luk splash bonus doesn't seem all that good since crits don't splash, I believe I remember hearing that it didn't work with Bapho years ago either, not sure if base game design or bug at this point though.

splash is a skill with 100% proc rate on autoattacks that deals 100% physical damage on a 3x3 aoe. Regardless of the source.

That and the endow seems to do absolutely nothing, I get the buff icon and everything, but my weapon certainly is not endowed with ghost property ;(

White marching hat weapon endow lasts 60 seconds, some odd reason you have to re-equip it if you want it to cast again, otherwise it will never cast the endow again @-@ also not sure if it's making my weapon ghost property, will need to spawn a ghost thing to find out. Dmg seems to stay the same on izlude eggs though, making me think the property is not actually changing to ghost, otherwise I should be doing less damage?


Did you try to go for Fenrir or any other ghost mob instead of eggs?

Plus, yeah I think the script is set to proc ONCE.

Eggs should be fine to test though, the two on the right are Neutral so you should do LESS damage if Ghost endowed is up. Granted, if you tested with Bare Hands, does that even Endow anything? Since barehands is literally just Status Attack and Endows only have an effect on Weapon Attack/EATK etc.

Tested on lunatic too which would totally miss with ghost attacks

He probably fixed it. It's not hard to fix, it's just officially it won't be fixed until the next maintenance.

He probably fixed it. It's not hard to fix, it's just officially it won't be fixed until the next maintenance.

Yeh, fixed it myself client side, just a temp fix though cause the official fix will require a slightly different change.

How about updating the account data of the Sakray server? Tests are really limited due to the antiquated account data.

What is the point Rainbow Scarf -0.2S Arrow Storm CD?

In JRO their Arrow storm has 0.5S CD so this garment can reduce 40% CD, I think it should be something like 1.5S in IRO instead 0.2S, which is useless.

What is the point Rainbow Scarf -0.2S Arrow Storm CD?

Like everything else received from jRO, it will work in the exact same values. If the skills themselves there are different, so be it.

Yea, and this result in a funning case:

 

Gene in JRO is not as strong as IRO, so JRO release many op gears to improve it, and when those gears come to IRO, things become crazy

Ranger is JRO is pretty good, low CD AS, and no fixed cast time for focused arrow strike, so they do not have good gears or the gear does not fit ranger in IRO.

ranger benefits from a lot of generic gears, it doesnt really need gears that are specific to them. Besides, they are pretty powerfull already, everywhere :v. Still there are gears to come, just nothing thaat crazy.

yea I agree, ranger is much better than last year

it just need to redesign some  skills 

 

KRO just improved AB class, not sure which class is the next one

Hey there!

The thread does not cover the item listed, however, let's take a look.

 

The jRO item's description goes something like this:

[ライオットチップ]と共に装備時、追加で
攻撃速度 + 10%
物理・魔法攻撃で 与えるダメージ + 10%
全ての種族の Def・Mdef 30%無視
 
The current translation on iRO is not optimized yet, I could be wrong with some portions but the following may be more accurate:
Set Bonus
Runaway Chip
Accelerator Chip [1]
Aspd + 10%.
Atk and Matk + 10%.
Bypass 30% of hard and magic defense of normal monsters, boss monsters and players when performing a physical/magical (?) attack.
 
 
Saying that, which part exactly of the set bonus is not working for you?

I'd guess it falls in the same thing that was happening with the Dog Tag, as the gear that we have is different from jRO's, despite being the "same" gear. You need to properly set it up to combo with our version of it.
