Where can i ask a GM to recover it.
i just got my POS items from (normal) to (rare) .. and my BOTTOM part got some prob.
.. im just trying to make it advanced soulcraft. but after success.. Instead of pressing "ESC" button . i Accidentaly press F1. OMG #7 #7 #7 #7
coz im using Laptop Btw. Esc and F1 buttons are too adjacent.
can i still recover my Pos.(rare)bottom

Sorry you have had this issue. Please make a ticket and explain the situation in the ticket body. Here is the link to make a ticket. If you want to have the option to reply to your ticket at the website instead of waiting for emails, click on "register" on that same page to create a support account.
