Coming back to the game after quitting for BDO couple years ago. Looks like battle tactics got nerfed finally lol. Long story short, I have 4k INT and need to know WTF to do. Which is better for warriors currently, AGI or STR?

Step 1: Lower your INT to 1k
Step 2: Usually STR. Your Crit will be capped fairly easily. I assume you'll be going for PVP so of course for damage you would still prefer PVP Inc over STR until you hit 60% ish.

Off topic, but macroes (not botting) still allowed in game?

What is the cap for Crit currently? Isn't PvP Inc (and Red) softcapped at 45% with diminishing returns after?

It was a poor/lazy choice of words on my part. Whether or not there is an artificial cap isn't explicitly stated anywhere and we lack the means to test for it. It doesn't really matter though. Since the formula for Critical plateaus at around 40% and approaches 50% at infinite, that's really what I meant as "capping".
Both PVP formulas always have diminishing marginal value and it plateaus at around 60%. In general, that's where you might start seeing that STR runes have more marginal damage over PVP runes, but of course the exact % where it happens all depends on what buffs and what class you're running.
