Thx to WP that they plan something to fight this zenny inflation, but it seems not clear enough

 

why dont Renewal adopt Silvervine system like restart ? but with zenny maybe like making item that can work like stock ex. 1 stock for 1B zenny with this i think WP can check the sources of all zenny being traded into stock ... do it comes from legal/ilegal sources

 

or maybe WP make a team for checking entire trade log of IRO to find any illicit transaction which i think imposibble to do ...

The following items will no longer be sell-able to npcs for zeny. This is to turn off several zeny flows that have been generating too much zeny at this time and contributing to recent inflation.

there's nothing we can do once they decide it there's no turning back , there are the laws we should follow them , if a game screwed by cheaters their solutions affect us playing fair on this game , just let it go man i know the feels

If 5 opb = 1 emb then
20 clover = 1 emb

 

The best option example for me. Just make multi options as well with all tickets, EMB, and monster tokens, not just for potters and investors.....

next step: make all items worth 0z when sold to npc

make all loots.equips.etc. sellable at 300z fix..potions fly bwing at 2000z fix.. please no.the only zenny maker i have is the facewurm bullion and crown.. and what about loot per hour in magma and juperos... they can make 10m per hour there.

You have the power to check suspicious players with these many amount of items and zeny based on your database... You'll be making the rich, richer and the poor, poorer. You are depriving us poor and middle class players the chance to buy good equipments, by doing the instances with these loots.

Those players doing dupes, you can check your database right? Why not apply what you did to Honor Token Bug Abuse, you can check for NPC transactions. Check these suspicious accounts and implement ban on those players that are doing illegal things... (I don't have any idea how long it will take for you to check these accounts). Furthermore, you need to remove those items included in the list as rewards for investment if you'll be implementing this plan.

They dont understand if people wanna dupe, they will dupe no matter how. So we are already punished with the account bound mvp cards. And kro refuse to fix this problem. Kro reallly should quit this game. They just think about money, i know the dupe issue is kro problems, still i feel really sad about those people who will join iro now. Theres no option, buy cash or quit. 

What a waste of time. If your team can't figure out how the duping is occurring and prevent it then nothing will change.

Does it also include Thor? Chaos and Thor economy are very different, yes there is also inflation in Thor but it is way more stable than in Chaos

this is rich for you? 1 pot worth 9500 to merch i spent 200-300 por run in ogh and i do 6 run. This is like 6 weeks drops....

if they can dupe said items and sell for zeny, whats stopping them from duping other items not on that list? this only affects us non-duping players overall...

can i ask you? what will happen to the new players ? is this really the right solution? in my own opinion its not, those loots are payed by hardwork from the instances and now your removing its value, how can they buy new gears that are so expensive right now and be strong?   it's like killing their motivation and hope in this game... i think you should make a poll or something ask for suggestion instead of having it applied suddenly....

you know, don't expect new players staying here, iRO is already inhospitable to new players but you make it more inhospitable.

 

 

if you want some zenny sink, copy what philippine ragnarok online [the OG version].  put a loli npc, and let her do the job like "ok, some good items but 99.9% of the time you will get potatoes, and also, it is around 100k per try" . i got 3 kafras of it during that time.

 

depriving those things won't do anything good either, or even stopping those dupers, its a carpet bombing thing and its very lazy. you hypothetically killed those abusers as well as you clearly killed those legit players..especially the new guys.

 

you just gave them some good reason to buy zennies at the black market..good luck dealing with that.

Few suggestions:
Remove these items from the list, since these are basically whole the Old Glast Heim treasure, one of the good reasons to do OGH and earn some zeny.

If you want reduce the total amount of zeny in the whole server, then you could add some NPC that people spend their zeny and this could be sell brew stuffs, like these...

Condensed Slims (Ranked slims will be always ranked and give more healing)
Blue Potion
Deadly Enchant Potion
Gistterine Bottle (FCP)
Bomb Set (Acid Bomb skill)
Strawberrys (This is not a brew item, but Bots farm this a lot)

Rune Knight's Rune Materials

Etc... (Feel free to add suggestions in the list)

 

There's a lot of Bots farming either brew materials or junks 24/7 to sell them on NPC or open a shop either, so..

And well... do something to reduce the farming Bots in the server.

 

You can also add another NPC that exchange these items in your list for materials to brew Condensed Slims, for all these people who want to brew their own Condensed Slims or being Ranked Brewer.

Even if i did the majority of my zeny through Re-selling kafra items, i think we all agree that this wont fix anything, and its because duping or botting have more to do with culture, when i played on kRo i barely see 2 bots but all the economy was pretty good, but its because their culture they want to put effort on stuff, western civilization just look for results, if you want to do something about this, is not the way to deal with it, way better to put effort on doing anti-cheat systems for the game and/or tracking suspicious people after it, but as i said... the problem its a problem of culture doing this will just make Ragnarok Less enjoyable, Ragnarok is a good game because you can do whatever you want, if you want woe you can just focus on it, if you want to pvm, you can just do it, if you want quest you can do them, if you want to be afk all day looking cute you can do it, in so many games there are so many restrictions and they dont feel natural, as this decision wont feel natural for all players

As many players state. This will affect the major part of the population. I dont know if you notice but a hint for you: Fix the bot problem and you will have taking a root off the problem. Maybe is no the final solution, but it will solve something.

Now my suggestion is:

- Do the bot crusader like Oda used to do. Go bot hunting every day, many times a day. Implement a anti-bot (and anti-cheat) system. It is needed.

- Track the IPs of botters and so something against related accounts/IPs. There is no way to complain if "I play in a cyber" b*llsht, if they see a co-worker/sister or brother botting, and they do not report, they can face the consecuences.

- Do not disable to sell the items related to WoE investment System. Talking for the 4Leaf Clover. Also, do the same with the Bullions, these are good income for new players doing instances and invest.

 

There is no easy way to tackle inflation down. Its a problem wich has been increase for a long time, and now you want a fast solution.

 

The ultimate solution is: Reduce all the zeny in all accounts in one decimal, 500m converted to 50m, 1 billion converted to 100m, and so on. Everyone will get 1/10 of their current zeny.
