Hello there!
I am currently in the process of making a new skill calculator for ROSE Online.

I apologise for poor style of the post, there's a chance that I will try to improve it later.

So far, only Bourgeois/Artisan skills are completed and functional.

The application is made in C# language, in Visual Studio 2015.
All data regarding class skills is stored in external XML files, so in theory it is possible to update/expand the calculator without modifying the code.

Meanwhile, anyone is welcome to try and make XML files for other classes.

Here is a Google Drive link:

The UI design doesn't look particularly impressive, I was focusing on the functionality so far.

So far, Bourgeois and Artisan are completed. You can use the calculator to make Bourgeois/Artisan builds, and save/load them to xml files.

The only reason why your browser or OS may be complaining about this application, is because it is not code-signed.

You can see the reason is "Publisher: Unknown Publisher" or something like that.

I'm not an expert in the field of code-signing, but from what I know, one can't simply sign a program by himself.

The only way to sign code in such a way that it would be recognized as trusted by anyone, is to buy a certificate from a trusted certificate authority.

The amounts of money and effort required are far beyond my budget.

Just use your favorite anti-virus/anti-malware software to scan the application, to make sure it's okay.
