So the triple attack is passive now? Once you wear this armor you will auto triple attack and or double attack? And both can proc at some certain amount of chance???

Unless you own a MoT card. else why would you want to run around with low def bypass.
i didn't do any testing for enforcer shoe versus temporal str with temporal ring[1].
i suppose the temporal set is slightly better. if you already had sufficient def bypass.

well i'll still stick to temp set, for that 30% delay reduction

1) yes

2) yes

3) no, crit will not work with triple attack

If you want to experience what it's like, you can try it on sakray (assuming it's still up)

You could already experience it if you had a rogue with triple attack copied -- same thing, just now available in gear form for everyone. 

It's not actually useful unless you're a low ASPD (like sub 185 ASPD) auto-attack class tho because of how RTB works in comparison to DA. 

Anyway, they should make a garment that gives level 5 fear breeze ;DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
