After the last maintenance I get an error when trying to answer a ticket (or opening a new one). Is it just me? How can I reply to support if it's not working?

If you are still experiencing the error please either provide a screenshot of the error here or via PM to Krexus and myself so that the Support Team can investigate.

Well, I'm trying to send a ticket since last monday and the support page keeps giving me that "oops try again later" error. I'm also not recievng any responses from the support on another ticket that was being worked...
FUBAR I'd say...

We have been receiving additional reports as well regarding the support page sometimes giving errors. If you are still affected by the error please make sure to send a PM to our Customer Service Manager Krexus and include myself on the PM so that I can ensure that the issues are addressed as soon as possible.
