All right, let's stop there, this is not helpful at all both ways.

It should actually reduce damage from Hell Gate by 40% coz it’s a rip off bruh. There’s not even any other reduc equipments I have ever read that reduces ATK portion of <insert here>.

Every demihuman reduction
Medium size reduction
"Insert Element" reduction
etc

All of those have allways only worked on GoHs ATK portion.

Again, it's not the gear that has any issue, is the skill itself.

It's the same thing that used to happen to Dragon Breath pre 175 updated, when no reductions applied, besides element check (using fire armor against fire db, and thats it).

Most skills that have a portion of it's damage that doesn't come from your ATK will do this in some way.

Is Sakray Down atm? Pront isn't accessible.

Yes, Prontera is down. I had assumed it would be fixed by now, guess not.

How can I get Enforcer shoes on Sakray if doesn't have OCP XIV?? Only OCP XII below :/

Currently Sakray is not set to run as a long term test server, such as map fields, spawns and some features are disabled. In other words, safe to say the server's purpose is to test future updates/events and upcoming OCP items. I hope to see a proper test server some time soon
