Change Hugel Fruit seller back into a regular NPC shop

I forget how long ago exactly but at one point the Hugel fruit shop was changed from your regular NPC shop with items that could be bought at discount prices on merchant characters to this.

We have multiple items that increase the effectiveness of slim potions from both the kafra shop and naturally occurring in game (See list of those items below). It would also provide a more appealing and much needed (albeit small) Zeny sink as well as a more affordable source of high end healing items for newer players.

Why was it get changed?

If memory serves it was to help boost the sales of ranked slims which were/still are(?) comparable in healing power without modifiers and I believe the fixed price was put into place to make slims the more appealing option.

What's wrong with the store next to the Cool Event Corp guy?

Nothing is particularly wrong per se, just an iRo customization that was put into place for reasons that are no longer an issue and would hopefully benefit a decent amount of the playerbase if it was reverted back to it's original function.
