steam users cannot purchase kafra items?

Hi.

I posted similar question before but I cannot solve the probelm so I ask one more time.

I created my RO2 account through steam so I cannot charge WP Energe directly.

So I logged in at steam site and charge steam wallet about $10 to purchase IM or KP.

The problem, howerver, is I cannot figure out where to visit and how to do.

Does anybody know that?

Or are there any ways to move my RO2 data from steam to warpportal?

My Kafra Shop Button Doesn't Work!
Imagine that you're off adventuring in Ragnarok 2, slowly making your way to Prontera. Then, you realize that your character just absolutely needs an adorable hat! You go to click on the Kafra Shop icon, but nothing happens! Why can't you buy things? Why can't you be cuter!?

Your Steam overlay might not be enabled!

Check if it's enabled by going to View > Settings.

Once you click on that, you'll be able to see the Settings menu. Navigate to In-Game and make sure that Enable Steam Community In-Game is checked. Once this is checked, the overlay will pop up with all your purchasing options! The Shift + Tab shortcut should now also bring up the Community Overlay! You'll now be able to buy your adorable outfits, awesome mounts and incredible power-ups! Happy Adventuring!

Make sure that it's also enable for the Ragnarok 2 Properties! Right click on Ragnarok Online 2 and navigate to Properties.

From here you'll be able to see if the overlay is enabled for Ragnarok Online 2! If it isn't, definitely make sure it's checked!

First and foremost, points bought on Steam can only be used for an RO1 Steam account and vice versa. Please don't use the WarpPortal site to buy your points as these will not be applied to your Steam Account. If your Kafra Cash button doesn't work, check out this article to get it working!

To begin purchasing your Kafra Cash, click on the adorable Cash Shop button in the top right of your screen! It will be just to the left of your mini-map!

You will then be brought to the Kafra Shop window, and from there you'll click on Buy VIP & Points.

It will bring you to Item Mall Point page. Please select your desired point value and click on Checkout. To confirm which account you're purchasing for, highlight the URL Address Bar and search for "accountname=". The value for accountname= will be the account you are purchasing for!

From there, you'll be taken to a Payment Method page. If you don't have any credit in your Steam Wallet, you'll also be asked to Add Funds. 

Now you're at the home stretch! Just add the funds you need, and you'll get your Kafra Points to spend on all the fun Kafra Shop items you want!
 

Lastly no, there is no way to move from Steam to Warpportal.

Acturally, I already googled and read your solutions but I didn't know what they're saying exactly because the explanations were not fit to mine.

I couldn't find  "Buy VIP & Points" button and no meaningful contents appreared when I clicked "Charge Kafra Points" - I mean Power-Up page in Worp Portal.

And I ignored things about "View > Settings > In-Game" options because I couldn't find those menues in every web page.

I just thought those informations are too old so not helpful now.

However, after reading your answer, exactly same solutions I read before,

I finally realized I have to use Steam Client App and log in there to use Steam Overlay - this makes steam users can transfer cash points in Steam Wallet to other games.

Many people says "log in in Steam first" but I logged in Steam web page.

Anyway, I solved my problem thanks to you.

It's sad to hear that I cannot move my all information about RO2 in Steam to Warp Portal.

I just want to play RO2 without being bothered by anything.
