Level 0: Recover 1% SP every 10s

Bug Fixes:
- Fix for crashing on lower-spec graphics cards due to Kafra Guide implementation. This should alleviate the crash on startup, and allow access to the game. The Kafra Guide may not initially display, but should redraw after transitioning into another zone.
