I got problem for 12hr. ago but no response.
That's problem is urgent it's be resolve in asap right?
But when 12hr. past I can't wait it , I must response back in wrong forum like this.

I know this pb don't need to ticket,caz it wasted GM work time. It's easy check&clear via webboard.

By the way I checked the thread, the GM already replied saying Airlift Completed? 

Seems like the post above you (Digs) character was still stucked after the edit so he ended up ticketing it to get it unstucked....

The issue should have been resolved. The thread is monitored even during weekends. If there is a delay message me, assuming I am around at that time >.<
