I believe the quest you had is one that tells you to find Leviathan. You should get a new quest as soon as you approach the boss of that dungeon.
Edit: I just checked and I wasn't too far off the mark. The quest you had asked you to enter the dungeon, once inside you'll immediately get a prompt for a new quest. If you move too far from the entrance, the quest won't start even if you accept it.
You need to accept the quest at the entrance. Something similar will happen as soon as you approach Leviathan.

It might be better if you use your own language to explain things as english is clearly not your native language...
From what I understand, you are lacking the quest items needed to accept the quest, you must have destroyed them by mistake. Since the items are given in a quest you have already completed, your only choice is to send a ticket through support to request they trigger the quest for you or add the item to your bag to allow you to accept the quest.

La página de soporte es http://support.warpportal.com pero parece estar caída. Si mañana sigue así, veré de preguntarle a Idun qué se puede hacer.

Buenas disculpen las molestias envié el ticket pero e estado entrando a ver si me contestaban algo y la página de soporte a estado caída, no sé si me puedan apoyar de antemano gracias

buenas disculpen las molestias no me han respondido, ya tiene tiempo que envie el ticket para ver mi problema con el SM, pero no me an dicho nada quisiera ver si me pueden ayudar ou orientar de alguna forma. de antemano muchas gracias y disculpen las molestias

Si tienes el número del ticket y el nombre del personaje envíame un mensaje por privado en el foro e intentaré preguntar si han podido ver tu caso aún. También puedes intentar actualizar tu ticket (enviando otro mensaje) para asegurarte de que no está "cerrado" por inactividad. Si encuentras problemas con la página de soporte, intenta con otro navegador.
