this bug start from 2013 and continue until now
i make video for explain about this bug but in thai language 
but no problem for understand this bug i will explain for you guy here (and click to my video for fact)
my video have 3 part
1. nogg road 2
this part will show you about "Phantom" "Ghost" monster
this type of monster is still alive but we cant kill them, only we can do is look at them (only who kill ghost and still in map will see ghost) 
this mean ghost monster count as normal mob
if nogg road have nightmare terror spawn rate 60
ghost nightmare terror have 30
you will have 30 nightmare terror that you can see, leveling (another 30 is in ghost zone)
2. Low TI with zombie prisoner
this part is today
last day before maintenance
look at mob
3. Low TI with tengu, solider
this part is my record from live
1st day after maintenance
look at mob
