Title Bug - "King of Gods"

Hi everyone! 

Just a weird bug that has been hunt me for a couple days... 

My guild has won the WoE of the server (64), both payon and geffen, and all guild members has been able to activate the "guardian of gods" title. All but me, the guild master! I'm not been able to activate neither "king of gods" or "guardian of gods". 
Can someone please clarify this to me? 

ps: i was offline during the guild war (personal reasons). Can this be this the cause of it? 
 

Hi. As far as I know, you need to be online to receive the castle boxes from the mail but the title shouldve been given to you regardless of you being offline (not sure about this). First off, were you able to receive the "Claim Reward" from the Battle icon (the one that gives you diamond and zeny)?
