Oh well I downgraded a few 5’s before trying to get 6 but never did get it only to spend 10B to get back a 5 lol so I gave up
Last part sounds familiar.
At +7 I was like, well damn, yolo.
Now it's +6, oh -_- okay +7 was fine.
Now it's +5, oh come on it needs to be at least more than +5.
Now it's +4, I guess +5 was alright after all...
10+ billions later it's +5 again.

I just got ME lv5 and spent around 45b on it. I feel like wtf!!!

lol are you sure 45B? probably an incorrect recall and overestimation

I'm sure. i counted on my zeny i had spent on CF. i think i got a bad luck today. but at least I got it.
