Were you trying to +15-16 your survivor rod? It's 35% chance to +11 & +12, 30% chance to +13 & +14 & 25% chance to +15 & 16.

No, I haven't tried to refine this one and only +14 surv rod I got from 264 hd consumed. seems today rng was against me

Used another 500 ores & got 2x +12 RTE & 1x +12 Midas. That made up 700 ores till date. Still can't hit +13.

happened to me before, spent 200 HDs and stay +10, but at 3rd box it reached +14.

The true is the rate increases, but still with your luck too. 

for me, i got x1 +15 and x4 +14. if you have no luck, better saving up in zeny and buying the item you want.

170 ore got me +13 6 times, but none make it to +14 ... sigh

bought 200 ores again, already spent 130 and still +10

170 ores, just made +14 Illusion AoA

Last time with this event was rough enough experience to make me never to participate again in consequent events.

With exemption on targeting just +12 with 1 100box if I'm willing to spend.

Though I'm glad I made a +15 lv3 and +14 KVM weapon in Thor.

Never again will I try to +15 a lv3 weapon and +14 an armor or lv4 weapon here in Chaos. 

It is much practical to +12 several lv3 weapons with 1-100box and sell it then after buy the +15 you want. 

A quite wait, but what can you do if you are on a tight budget. If account bound, swallow contentment.

To make you feel better all my 700 ores 0 make it to +13. At least you had 6x +13 in 200 ores.

+13 JDR = 250 or so

+13 KVM Spear = 11 (lol what, even more ridiculous is it took 9 total black smith blessings from +7)

+14 Imp Spear = 120

+12 Illusion Mace = 4

+12 Illusion Mace = 10

+12 Vicious Mind Bow = 10

+12 Heroic Trade Mail = 1 (was +11)

+12 Twin Edge = 3

+12 BXB = 20
