Question about EU player personal info stuff.

So, I was hit by the EU player holocaust since I created my accounts in 2012 from europe however I moved to america in 2017, is there any way my personal info could be "unlocked" and made to comply with whatever laws need to be observed? I'd really like to get my old accounts back.

Not sure if this is the correct section but clicking "contact the gm team" sends me to an error page, lol.
