So ive been running the illusion dungeons, and i see people buy/selling torn paper, which only drops from bomi, but i havent been able to summon/spawn bomi at all. Is there something im missing? any help would be great.

I think you need to do her dailies 30 times to summon her.
People are buying/selling torn papers because on the 2nd[?] week of the recent event ,Bomi is one of the boss you can randomly summon to fight.
Sadly event ended so yah,, need to do dailies ,kill her and hope she drops 1 ,coz its not 100% ,tho rate is quite high
