Harvesting items for profession

hey I have a screen shot to show what the error is. but I cant figure out how to upload it from my desktop. my toon is a cook and the problem is when I try and right click an item to get crafting things for the profession it seys "you are in a uncontrollable state" this is not when I press "R" on a monster to loot items but when I right click to harvest cooking items from monster.

if you have a guide to upload a picture I can seem to find out how to help you out more.

This usually happens if you are lagging or alt tab while collecting. I would suggest focusing the camera above you, zoomed in close, and attempt to harvest and then don't move anything until harvesting is complete. If you still get the error message, try lowering graphic settings. If you're still having the error then it is probably your ping. 

is there a way to hot key the command. i read in another fourm people could not loot but when they pressed "R" it worked is there no a command or a way to macro it to harvest cooking items for proffession
