Does the TBF enchant frequency in activation depend on the level of the enchant?
ie. When comparing the frequency of enchant activation of the lvl 25 Beryl to the level 50 Beryl, the level 25 barely activates compared to the higher one.
What is the % of success per level on this enchant?
Was there a 'hidden' user info on this enchant where it states the % of success per level?
Follow up:
There's a visual bug on the heal that applies on the Beryl. (maybe even on the other enchants, and it's worrying when you see someone hitting you for 15k x2 in BG)
