Sky Fortress 3 hours ticket is 1 hour for non vip account?

Sky Fortress 3 hours ticket become 1 hour if account is non vip? What......is this information correct, I hope this is not true lol.

3 hours to 1 hour for same 25 badges what... ? Really? So basically they are forcing those with non vip account to buy vip to do this otherwise 1 hour... really?

The NPC says when you buy it, "If you are VIP your ticket will last much longer".

So if you're non vip the expiration date become 1 hour instead of 3 hour. That mean I have to get vip account to grind this instance or I might as well not buying the ticket and give up.

Does 3 days limited vip works?
